An A400M of No. 70 Squadron RAF, s/n ZH401, makes a fuel stop in Subang. However, the supposedly quick stop turns into a 2 nights stay as the aircraft that is on return leg from Avalon 2017 airshow in Australia needs to undergo an unscheduled maintenance.
The work will be done in Subang by No. 70 Squadron’s own crews with assistance in the form of equipment from Airbus Defence & Space which maintains a technical team here for the support of RMAF’s Atlas fleet. A true global support!
